“How We Can Make You a Franchise Success In Weeks

A Typical Franchisee the First Few Months

Our typical Management Franchisee (we’ll call him Patrick) has already decided that Hibernian Securiclean™ is the right thing for him by visiting the web site (www.hiberniansecuriclean.com  ) and reading the Mini Prospectus.

He then decides to phone the contact number from the website (01 6121459) to find out more details.  The “Franchise Advisor” was happy to send further information to Patrick and made an appointment to have a discussion over the phone with the ‘Franchise Recruitment Manager’, Michael Noonan

As scheduled he receives a call from the ‘Franchise Recruitment Manager’ who speaks to him in detail about the franchise concept and assesses Patrick’s suitability.

Patrick demonstrates his credentials.  He is fit and healthy, communicates well, has understanding of giving exceptional customer care and management experience

And most importantly...

He has the drive, desire and ambition to build his own successful Management Franchise.

He is then invited to meet Michael Noonan (The Franchise Support Director).  During the morning Patrick sees that the support infrastructure is exactly what he needs and is impressed by the level of franchisor input.

He demonstrates his suitability by asking relevant questions and his enthusiasm and commitment to be the best is unwavering.  Patrick is then invited to meet the managing director of Hibernian Securiclean™ and they discuss the merits of the Management Franchise and Patrick’s suitability as a management franchisee. Soon afterwards, Patrick has another discussion with Michael.  At this stage, a mutual decision is reached between both and Patrick is invited to take up a Management Franchise.

Patrick has already been advised of due diligence investigations prior to the meeting with Michael, and sets about completing his research in greater detail.  His circumstances mean that he has four weeks before the next available training course so he plans his time to cover his investigations.

He also completes a Business Plan, which is subsequently checked by the Franchise Recruitment Manager.  With his Business Plan all in order, he makes his approaches to his chosen lenders and our recommended lenders and secures an agreement in principle.

With a few weeks to go before the training, Patrick sets his home office up.  The Family already have a PC and printer, so he has a head start, but he orders a broadband internet connection, so that everything is a bit quicker than his dial up modem.

The first day of training finally arrives and Patrick is excited albeit a little apprehensive.

He benefits from the mix of personalities on the course and as each day passes his confidence grows and grows.  He knows he’s made the right decision.

At the end of the course Patrick is feeling fully equipped and totally committed to starting his franchise.

Patrick then spends a relaxing weekend with his family eagerly awaiting the first day of his new business.

On Monday he starts to follow his business launch marketing plan, he also talks to The Franchise Support Director, who advises him of the schedule of activities being set up by head office.

First on the agenda is recruitment of suitable staff to commence work. By following the staff recruitment processes given in the training course Patrick has a number of staff hired within a number of days – ready to start.

Later in that first week, Patrick receives a call from the National Sales Executive – the first new lead has called in!  He calls the potential customer- Duignan & Co Legal Practice, and agrees a time to call around and give a quote.

At  Duignan& Co he parks the Hibernian Securiclean™ vehicle and calls at the door.  He is a bit nervous on this first quotation, but draws reassurance from his professional appearance and from the sales documentation he has with him.

Patrick need not have worried – by following the processes that were covered in his training, he left the customer reassured of his professionalism and he had a date in the diary for his first job. Patrick then arranges to visit the customer’s premises at a prearranged time and arrange the completion a fully supervised fantastic job.

Returning to the new customer a few days later, Patrick is happy to know that his staff have done an excellent job and that his new customer is delighted with the Hibernian Securiclean™ service.  Also as he starts his new business he finds that the training given really starts to kick in.

He returns home and enters the job details into his internet accounts system.  €500 from this job – great!  He only has to do one job each week and he has already more than covered his business expenses and loan repayments!

Over the next few weeks the number of jobs start to increase as a result of both his own local marketing and the centrally organised Launch Marketing Package.  What Patrick is most happy about is that Duignan & Co was so delighted with his work, they have told 2 of their business contacts about it and they also became customers!

A fantastic first few weeks!

Patrick is delighted, he is well on the way to a successful franchise operation, and even happier to see a positive cash flow so quickly.

The next months see Patrick’s business growing week by week.  He is amazed to see that by following the franchise procedures and most importantly delivering a Fantastic Cleaning Results and Service every time how many jobs he is getting out of referrals from previous satisfied customers.
