The foundations for Hibernian Securiclean™ go back as far as 1963. John Hallinan, the current Managing Director is second generation in the Firm and has overseen huge growth in the business in recent years.

John’s own simple honest approach to clients has seen the company flourish and is reflected in all who work in the company.  Or as John himself puts it-

Easy to say, but it’s unfortunately quite rare to find a Contract Cleaning Company that does all that – which is one reason why Hibernian Securiclean™ is so successful.

Giving Customers a simple, hassle-free option to have  systematically cleaned working environments.

It is sad to say but nevertheless true, that there are many substandard, low quality operators in the Contract Cleaning Business.  Typically uninsured people offering commercial cleaning as a sideline, hiring people or equipment not particularly suitable to the task and giving no guarantee on the quality of work.

Most of our work, comes from satisfied Customers telling their  business contacts and friends about us – what better recommendation is there?

This Unique combination of specialist equipment and service, high quality application process, innovative marketing combined with industry leading levels of customer satisfaction has created a very successful business for Hibernian Securiclean™.

In 2007 faced with the great “problems” of massive demand for our unique service outstripping the business’s ability to grow, a decision was made to create a franchise system to take advantage of this rapid growth in our business.

To ensure high levels of expertise and support in our franchise system (and most importantly expertise and support for our Management Franchisees) we have partnered with International Franchise Management Consultants (IFMC), market-leading experts in franchising.  This approach ensures we have created (and will maintain) a professional business entirely focused on our Management Franchisees’ success.

Now in 2008 we are launching the Management Franchise business and looking for like-minded people to share our success.  However we are not looking for a vast number of Management Franchisees – there are only 9 Territories for the country, limited so that each franchisee can develop a substantial and successful business (We want quality not quantity).

Operations Manager – Marcela Michalcova Responsible for: Office Management National Contracts Staff Recruitment, Supervision and Welfare Background: Has worked in Ireland for 9 years and in Hibernian Securiclean™ for 5 years Experience in Logistics Companies operating throughout Europe Worked as an accountant in a number of firms in Czech Republic.
